A great mash-up recipe of a traditional Cuba Libre cocktail, and a sour cocktail... You're gonna love this!
1 cup Coca ColaÂ
1 cup sugar
1 Â½ oz Bacardi Gold rum.
Â¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 egg white
Make syrup by bringing Coke and sugar to a boil on high. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 20 min. Let cool. Â Add .75oz Coke syrup, rum, lime juice and egg white to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 seconds without ice (dry shake).
